Nyland Cohousing Community was designed to foster community-based living through intentional features like weekly shared dinners and common spaces. Over the years it has grown into a close-knit, collaborative neighborhood.

About
Hi, I’m Hải‑ý (“Hi‑E”)
Whether I’m documenting a person, a place, or a brand, the goal is the same: stories that connect, inform, and leave a lasting impression.
My work blends visual storytelling with thoughtful interviews to create films that feel honest, grounded, and authentic.
Beyond video production, I help organizations clarify their message and translate it into strategic content. With a background in marketing, I partner with brands and mission-driven teams to shape campaigns, refine positioning, and ensure their videos serve a larger growth strategy.
Alongside my film projects, I’m pursuing a Master of Social Work with the long-term goal of becoming a therapist. That training informs my approach to listening, asking questions, and treating people’s stories with care.
I was born in Vietnam, grew up in North Carolina, and am currently based in Boulder, Colorado.
